How do I use Stitch Fix credits?
Go to our gift cards page and select “Redeem a gift card” or click here. Enter your gift card code. The card’s value will automatically be added to your next styling fee, Fix or Freestyle purchase. If you have a family account, the credit will be shared among each member.
How does the $100 stitch fix work?
Your package arrives when you specify, and you can try on all the items your stylist selected for you. If you purchase the entire shipment, you receive a 25% discount on the purchase price of the items. If you choose to send one or more things back, you use the prepaid envelope and are not charged.
Does stitch fix credit roll over?
Your fee will be applied as credit toward any items you decide to keep. You’ll see it displayed on your receipt as a subtracted amount. Your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current order. It doesn’t roll over to your next delivery, isn’t refunded, and can’t be transferred to another person.
What happens with Stitchfix returns?
After we’ve received your return, we‘ll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. If you paid for all or part of a delivery with Stitch Fix credit, any amount charged to your saved payment method will be refunded first, and the remaining amount will return to your credit balance.
